The core of ensuring pallet consistency and logistics efficiency

Pallet dimensional tolerances (such as length, width, and diagonal errors) directly affect stacking stability and forklift operation safety. Mold precision must meet standards (such as GB/T 4456), and the tolerance of critical dimensions should be controlled within ±0.5mm.

High-precision molds rely on machining equipment (such as CNC machining centers) and assembly processes. Attention must be paid to the precision of the mold's guiding system (such as guide pillars and bushings) and the surface roughness of the cavity (typically requiring Ra0.8 or lower). For export or high-end markets, the repeatability of the mold's positioning accuracy must also be considered to ensure consistency in pallet dimensions during mass production.
