- The company's production base is situated in the core mould industrial cluster of Huangyan, Zhejiang. Leveraging the sound supporting advantages of the local complete mould industrial chain, we have built a standardized and refined modern manufacturing plant.
- Equipped with full-process workshops covering mould R&D, machining, testing and injection molding, the plant realizes closed-loop integrated production spanning mould design & development, precision machining, quality inspection and mass injection molding.
- The factory strictly adopts standardized production management criteria, with separate zones dedicated to R&D design, precision machining, finished product testing, injection molding production and warehousing. All working procedures feature clear division of labor and efficient coordination.
