Pallet structures (such as nine-legged, zigzag, or grid-like designs) are directly related to mold structures. Molds must be designed according to the pallet's intended use: for forklift operation, the mold needs to strengthen and improve the precision of the forkhole area; for stacked storage, the bottom support structure needs optimization; for custom pallets (such as those with side panels or irregular holes), modular or adjustable mold designs are required.

 

Simultaneously, the parting line and gate location of the mold affect the molding effect of injection or blow molding. It is necessary to ensure uniform melt flow and avoid problems such as pallet shrinkage and deformation. Structural design must also consider production efficiency; for example, using multi-cavity molds can increase output per unit time, but the complexity of the mold and the difficulty of maintenance must be balanced.
